5-Week Lower Body Plan
This is a 5-week Lower body plan for women with an emphasis on the Glutes! Our main focus is to grow your Glutes/Lower Body with the best exercises in the least amount of time. This exercise plan includes frequency combined with some of the most scientifically studied techniques to grow your lower body. We incorporated and attacked your glutes from a horizontal, vertical and lateral aspect to make sure you are not missing out. Exercise selection was carefully designed to make sure we hit every aspect of the Gluteus Maximus which is why some exercises in this plan that are more quad dominant, were selected as well because they tend to hit the lower part of the Gluteus Maximus more.
